Every original perfume’s packaging includes lot numbers and UPC or EAN codes, which you can use to verify its authenticity.
Sales are delivered at our warehouse in Doral, Florida, where your courier or freight forwarder picks up the order and takes it to your country. Once your order is ready, we send you the real weight and dimensions of the boxes so your carrier can quote the shipment; that is why shipping costs are known at that point.
If your forwarder’s warehouse is in Doral or within 5 miles of ours, we deliver the order: free on orders over $5,000 and for a flat $30 below that.
Ex works (EXW) means our part ends when we hand over the order at our warehouse. From there, transport, insurance and customs are handled by your courier or freight forwarder.
