We deliver your order in our own truck if you are in Doral or within 5 miles of our warehouse.

Local delivery
Deliveries are made within the city of Doral or within a 5-mile radius of our warehouse in Doral, Florida.
On orders of $5,000 USD or more.
Flat fee per delivery on orders under $5,000 USD.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday in our own truck. Local deliveries don’t carry a tracking number.
At Shoppex, we are committed to providing an efficient, secure, and timely delivery service. To continue improving our service and partially cover costs related to fuel, maintenance, and personnel, we have updated our delivery policy.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support. This measure will allow us to maintain the quality of our service and ensure reliable deliveries for all our customers, both local and international.
Beyond 5 miles
Once your order is paid and ready, our warehouse emails you that it is ready for pickup. No appointment needed: come Monday to Friday during business hours. The warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
When your order is ready, we send you its weight and dimensions; you buy the label with your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or LTL) and we hand it over. Not sure how? We can buy the UPS label for you, at your cost.
Work with your freight forwarder in Miami: we can take the merchandise to their warehouse, and they handle the rest of the trip.
Important: Incoterm EXW. Our Incoterm is EXW (Ex-Works): our responsibility ends when we hand over your order at our warehouse, or at your door within 5 miles. From there, transportation, insurance and duties are the buyer's.
