Delivery Policy

At Shoppex, we are committed to providing an efficient, secure, and timely delivery service. To continue improving our service and partially cover costs related to fuel, maintenance, and personnel, we have updated our delivery policy.

Applies to:

Local customers located in South Florida.
International customers in Latin America whose merchandise is delivered via their courier or freight forwarder within a 10-mile radius of our headquarters in Doral, Florida.

Delivery fees:

Orders over $5,000 USD: ➤ Free delivery.
Orders under $5,000 USD: ➤ A flat fee of $30 USD per delivery will apply.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support. This measure will allow us to maintain the quality of our service and ensure reliable deliveries for all our customers, both local and international.
