  • Pick up your order at our Doral warehouse, or we deliver it to your door within 5 miles: free on orders over $5,000, and $30 below that.
  • Outside that radius, your carrier or freight forwarder picks it up at our warehouse.
  • Orders are ready in 1 to 3 business days (Fast Shipping) or 5 to 7 (Back Order) after payment is received.

Customers all over the US receive our merchandise. When your order is ready, we send you its weight and dimensions; you buy the label with your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or LTL) and we hand it over.

Not sure how? We can buy the UPS label for you, at your cost. Every order leaves in reinforced packing, with photos and video.

Latin America & the Caribbean

Our Incoterm is EXW (Ex-Works): our responsibility ends when we hand over your order at our warehouse, or at your door within 5 miles. From there, transportation, insurance and duties are the buyer’s.

    Create your free account on our wholesale platform. Under Downloads you will find the price list in Excel: the full list or just the best sellers.

  • What is the minimum order?

    Orders start at $1,000. From $2,500 your whole order moves to a better price level, earns Shoppex Rewards and gets an assigned sales representative; from $10,000, our best price level.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We don't run shipping ourselves: the sale is complete at our warehouse in Doral, Miami. Your freight forwarder picks up the order there and takes it to your country. Within the U.S., you buy your own label, or we buy a UPS label for you at your cost.

  • How do I talk to a sales representative?

    If your purchase is $2,500 or more, leave your details in the chat and a sales representative will write to you on WhatsApp during business hours. You can also call us at +1 786 636 8077.

  • Do you sell mini perfumes and testers?

    Yes. 5 and 10 ml minis and 30, 50 and 100 ml testers are catalog products at wholesale prices. The 2 ml samples some brands send are gifted with your order when available.

  • Do you carry the perfume I'm looking for?

    The full catalog is on our platform, and inventory is updated about every 2 hours. If a product isn't listed, it is usually temporarily out of stock: many fragrances are restocked regularly.

  • Are your perfumes original?

    Yes, 100% original, from well-known brands and popular Arabic brands. Every perfume has its UPC or EAN so you can verify it, and we are a BBB Accredited Business rated A+.

  • What does "case quantity" mean?

    The price you see is per unit. "Case quantity" is how many units come in a full case: the case price is that quantity times the unit price. You don't have to buy a full case: the minimum is 2 units per product for Fast Shipping and 6 for Back Order.
