It is one of the questions we get most often in our site chat, so here is the step-by-step. Shoppex Corp is a wholesale distributor of original perfumes with a warehouse in Doral, Miami, supplying stores and resellers across the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Why wholesale perfume prices require an account

Our prices are wholesale prices: they are meant for businesses that buy to resell, whether that is a brick-and-mortar store, a social media shop or a distributor in another country. That is why they are shown inside the platform, once you log in, and not on a public page. An account also lets us show you what is actually in our warehouse today and the price level that applies to your order.

Step 1

Create your free account

Go to the sign-up page of our wholesale platform and fill out the form. You can also sign up with your Google account. It asks for:

• Email
• Password
• Country
• Phone
• Company or store
• Anticipated monthly purchase

Creating an account is free and does not commit you to buy. Your anticipated monthly purchase helps us serve you better: on orders from $2,500 you get an assigned sales representative who follows up with you.

Step 2

Activate your account and log in

After you sign up, you will receive an email to activate your account. Open it, confirm, and go back to the platform to log in. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Once you are logged in, every product shows its wholesale price and availability. You can search by product name, brand or UPC, and use these filters to find what you need faster:

Step 3

Download the Excel price list

Under Downloads on the platform you will find the price list in Excel, in two versions: the full list and the best sellers. It is the easiest way to go through the catalog at your own pace, compare brands and plan your order before adding it to the cart.

How to read the price: per unit, and what “case quantity” means

The price you see on the platform is always per unit. You will also see the case quantity, which is how many units come in a full case of that perfume: the case price is that quantity times the unit price. You do not have to buy a full case. The minimum per product depends on the type of inventory:

Your price level depends on your order total

Orders start at $1,000, and you can combine different products to reach that amount. From there, the price of each unit depends on your order total:

How to use the list to build your first order

1. Start with the best sellers. They turn over fastest and are the easiest to resell.
2. Separate Fast Shipping from Back Order. If you need the merchandise soon, build your order around Fast Shipping items, which are already in our warehouse.
3. Check how close you are to the next level. If your order is close to $2,500, reaching it lowers the price of the entire order.
4. Add variety with minis and testers. They let you offer more fragrances in your catalog.
5. Submit your order without paying. The stock is reserved for 48 to 72 hours while our team confirms availability; then you receive the sales order to pay.

What the price does not include

The wholesale price covers the merchandise. It does not include applicable taxes or payment fees: we accept domestic and international bank transfers, USDT and credit cards, and card fees are listed in our FAQ.

It does not include shipping either, because you choose how your order travels. Sales are ex works at our warehouse in Doral:
