Here are a few helpful points from our most Frequently Asked Questions:

Our minimum order is USD 2,500.00 for first-time users.
● Any additional orders will have a lowered minimum of USD 1000.00
● Minimum 6 units per fragrance.
● Form of Payment: Wire Transfer, ACH and Wise.
● Out-of-country and US orders you will require a freight forwarder.
● Our incoterm is EXW (Ex-Works), but we can offer free delivery in Miami.
● We do not currently offer drop shipping services.
● Your order will be processed once your account is approved. Account approvals take 24-72 hours
**Please note that SHOPPEX CORP will not be held liable for any bank fees or transfer fees associated
with a Wire Transfer or ACH payment

● If you are located in the United States, please submit the following:
o Tax Identification Number (TIN) or EAN
o Resale Certificate
o Driver’s License, Passport, or other personal Government Issued Photo Identification
● If you are located outside of the US, please submit the following:
o Driver’s License, Passport, or other personal Government Issued Photo Identification or Business License.
● We are not responsible for damages or losses due to the carrier.
